Description

Prepare a typical Andean meal of quinoa, alpaca and more; all while enjoying a beautiful view of Lima, Peru's capital city, ideal to learn all about the country's cuisine due to its great amount of delicious food and flavors.

In this interactive class, you will be guided in the preparation of food dishes, allowing you to prepare an authentic classic Peruvian meal from scratch with tools you can find in your own kitchen and using fresh ingredients you can find in any market in Lima.

They will leave with detailed instructions and recipes to recreate the meal when they return home, no doubt an unforgettable experience!

1st Dish to be preparedOcopa (Cream of milk and cheese with chilli and yellow potato).
2nd course to be preparedQuinoa Soup (Quinoa soup with vegetables and chicken)
3rd plate to be preparedQuinoto with trout (quinoa risotto with mushrooms and trout)

Vegetarian and vegan options.
-It can be modified for vegetarians (non-vegan).
-Quinoa soup without chicken.
-Quinoto with mushrooms or vegetables instead of trout.
-Everything can be made gluten-free.

-NOTE: Minimum 2 participants per class.
-All operator classes are scheduled for one day after the first booking. If you reserve the class for a specific day, there is a possibility that another of the 4 classes has also been scheduled so you could join or reserve it for another date.
