Visiting Cusco is always a great adventure. Imagine touring its beautiful high Andean landscapes and the most iconic areas offered by the capital of the Inca Empire. With this tour they will be able to do it and even more exciting, riding a metal beast with four wheels: an ATV. Admire the great rural prairies that the great Sacred Valley offers and those that the Inca once contemplated, but with the dose of adrenaline that your bodies need. Meet the salt mines of Maras, a salt mine that has been exploited since Inca times and whose origin remains a mystery. Then you will visit the archaeological site of Moray, called a possible Inca agricultural research laboratory, where you will observe the particular distribution of its terraces and the microclimates that have replicated in them. Dare to walk the Inca Trail like a brave explorer and let the mystical Cusco dazzle you! If you want to add more adventure to the tour you can do the ATV tour on the same day.

Itinerary

The ATV tour starts with a pick up from your hotel (only if it is a maximum of 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, no pick up from San Blas) or with a pick up from the Plaza de Armas (next to the Inca statue) for the schedule at 1:00 pm.

Then, they start the trip to Cruzpata, a small community located on the route of the Sacred Valley, Chinchero (located 40 minutes from Cusco). Here you will do the practice before the excursion with indications from the guide.

Afterwards you will live the adventure as you travel through the agricultural areas of Maras and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the mountains in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

After a few hours of tour, you will arrive at the archaeological and enigmatic zone of Moray, where you will walk a little more to take the best pictures of this wonder.

Finally, you will go down to the cultivated areas of Maras until you reach Cruzpata again in Chincheros and take the bus to return to the city of Cusco.
