Why Choose This Experience
On this wonderful full-day tour, you'll explore the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas in its entirety!
You’ll enjoy the colonial Inca town of Chinchero, as well as magnificent views of the combination of Inca and colonial heritage that still remains. After exploring the Sacred Valley, we’ll head to the Moray archaeological complex, where you’ll see the most impressive Inca agricultural laboratory. In this unique place, the Incas experimented with different geographical altitudes to optimize agricultural production all in one location.
The story is amazing, and the view is even more so.
In the Maras district itself, we visited the Salineras, a site featuring a cluster of approximately 3,000 wells that the locals use and benefit from; you won't regret the beautiful view that awaits you there.
We'll head into Urubamba, where we'll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at a popular restaurant. Then we'll get ready to continue our fascinating full-day tour.
Next, we’ll head to the Inca town of Ollantaytambo, known as the “Living Inca City” because it’s the only city from the Inca Empire that’s still inhabited. In this town, in addition to being amazed by the stunning beauty of the archaeological complex, you’ll be impressed by the extraordinary Inca urban planning that still stands today and is inhabited by the current population—you’ll fall in love with the streets of Ollantaytambo.
